House Rules

• Check-in is after 3-30 PM check out before 11-30am.
• No Smoking inside Zenhouse.
• Not suitable for Pets.
• No parties or events or dinners could be scheduled while staying as guest.
• Only registered guest could access property-please don’t invite other visitors during your stay.
• Swimming in the pool on your own risk. – No life guards.
• You may bring inside house only your personal luggage. No big Furniture or any big items should be brought or ordered online and brought inside the house.
• Post Address of the property Can Not be used for Internet orders or any other mail deliveries.
• Please before check out place all items in the same place as you found them when check in.
• If anything broke please let me know so I can fix it before next guests.
• If guests staying longer then 10 days extra cleaning should be scheduled for $100 ( cash payment ).
